DESCRIPCTION:

Early harvest extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed in Torres (Jaén) from Picual variety olives.

This ‘Freshly Made’ extra virgin olive oil is harvested in October and is the result of a meticulous selection process from the best mountain olive groves in the Sierra Mágina region. It is unique due to its high content of polyphenols, vitamin E and oleic acid. It has the seal of quality provided by the Sierra Mágina Protected Designation of Origin.

The nose has an intense, complex fruity aroma with hints of green grass, tomato plants, banana skin and green almonds. On the palate, it offers an exquisite balance between bitterness and spiciness, which gradually becomes more pronounced.

When you purchase this extra virgin olive oil, not only are you enjoying a superior quality product, you are also helping to preserve the population of the rural areas of Sierra Mágina.
