It is a leaf green colored oil with golden hues and notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, green olive and hints of citrus and nuts in less intensity. In the mouth it has a smooth entry with slight touches of almost imperceptible bitterness and a little more spiciness.
Recommended uses: ideal for raw consumption in toasts or salads, pastas, vegetables, meats and fish.
