It is an olive green colored oil with a very intense aroma reminiscent of freshly cut grass and fig tree. In the mouth it is somewhat astringent with great character and personality, its bitterness is medium and the spiciness appears but less pronounced.
Recommended uses: recommended for salads, bread with tomato, stews and sauces, gazpacho and salmorejo and even for fried foods.
