DESCRIPCTION:

Limited edition extra virgin olive oil from the early harvest of the Picual variety. Produced in the province of Jaén.

Selection ‘Early Harvest’ EVOO with intense green olive fruitiness, great complexity between green aromas and dried fruit: mint, tomato, banana peel with ripe hints of almond, fig and apple.

Its green colour can be appreciated at first glance thanks to the clear glass bottle.

On the palate, it is clean and fragrant, with a harmony between a slight bitterness and a gradual ardour. Very structured and persistent.
