Gordal Olives Olmeda Orígenes is another traditional product which the Andalusian lands of Cordoba offers to the rest of the world for their delight: one of these big olives contains all the true taste of our Spanish most typical gastronomy.
The Gordal is another interesting variety of olives: these are large sized green olives with white specks and an oval form. We prepare these olives following the most simple and natural recipe, adding just what it is necessary to enhance the intrinsic flavor of the olives: we simply add water, sea salt and aromatic herbs.
