DESCRIPCTION:

Limited edition extra virgin olive oil produced in Portugal with green olives harvested during the first days of the harvest. The result is a fresh, intense and very aromatic oil.

On the nose, it has green notes, with a predominance of freshly cut grass, tomato, green olive, green banana peel and green apple. On the palate, the green notes remain, along with a bitterness and ardour of medium-high intensity.

Food pairing: This oil is perfect for enjoying with bread and for dressing raw dishes, adding greater freshness and an intense fruity touch.
