DESCRIPCTION:

Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in the Sierras Subbéticas (Córdoba) with olives of the Picual variety.

On the nose it has an intense green olive fruitiness with herbaceous aromas of fresh green fruits such as apple, banana and light touches of pineapple, pear and grape, as well as olive leaf. On the palate it has a smooth, silky, fruity entry, followed by green notes, a light bitterness and an elegant intense spicy finish, all with great harmony and persistence.

Food pairing: It is ideal for raw dishes such as tomato salads, toasts, pasta, sauces and creams, tartares, white fish and seafood.
