Extra virgin olive oil produced at the Cooperativa Agrícola San Isidro of Larraga (Navarre) with Arróniz olives.

The nose reveals medium-high fruitiness with aromas reminiscent mainly of green grass, artichoke, tomato and nuts, such as almonds. On the palate, medium-intensity bitterness and spiciness stand out, giving it character and lots of personality.

Recommendations for use: This is a very unique extra virgin olive oil, ideal for use with mushrooms, legumes, stews, grilled vegetables and salads.
