Finca La Barca Smoked Olive Oil - Glass bottle 250 ml.
The olive oil from Finca La Barca is smoked in the traditional style of the "La Vera" region in Extremadura, using high-quality oak wood. After more than 15 days in the "drying room", the oil acquires smoky nuances that transport it to a new dimension of flavor and aroma.
The olive variety chosen for the oil is Arbequina, which imparts a very fruity touch to it. All olives come from our own olive groves located in the province of Toledo, on the banks of the Tagus River.
The elegant 250 ml bottle, sealed with wax, is presented in an individual box that includes a pourer. Each year, we package the quantity of oil obtained from our olive grove, producing limited series of bottles.
This special smoked oil has many uses, but it is particularly recommended for accompanying raw or baked meats and fish (carpaccios, steak tartare), gazpachos, rice, and oil-based sauces such as aioli or mayonnaise.
The company Norte Extremeña de Transformados Agrícolas S.A. (NETASA), a totally family-run company, was founded in 1975.

Thanks to following the strictest processes in the elaboration of its products, the company NETASA has obtained the IFS certificate.
