DESCRIPCTION:
Extra virgin olive oil from the Royal, Picual and Organic Picual varieties with Sierra de Cazorla Protected Designation of Origin, produced in Peal de Becerro (Jaén).
Its quality has been endorsed with the 'Etiqueta Negra Degusta Jaén' and 'Etiqueta Verde Degusta Jaén ECO' seals from the Provincial Council of Jaén.
This elegant and unique gift box contains three 500 ml glass bottles:
- Esencial Verde Temprano Royal: Extra virgin olive oil from the Royal variety. It is delicate, with a fresh fruitiness and sweet notes of apple and fig. Its flavour is smooth and not at all aggressive on the palate.
- Esencial Verde Temprano Picual: Extra virgin olive oil from the Picual variety. Full-bodied, with an intense fruitiness and green notes reminiscent of tomato plants, green almonds and fresh grass. Its flavour is medium-intensity bitter and spicy.
- Esencial Verde Temprano Organic Picual: Organic extra virgin olive oil from the Picual variety. Made with olives harvested during the first days of November. Intense fruitiness with green notes of almond, apple and tomato. Its flavour is very balanced in bitterness and spiciness.
