Extra virgin olive oil from the Picual variety harvested during the first days of harvesting in the province of Jaén.

It stands out among premium oils for its care in the production process. With an intense and complex aroma. Highly fruity with balanced but well-integrated bitterness and spiciness. Its intense green colour stands out and on the nose it gives us vegetable tones of herbs, green fruits and vegetables.
