This extra virgin olive oil is an early harvest Picual collected in the month of October 2020. Cold extraction.
TASTING: It has an intense green colour. It leaves an impression on the nose due to its intense green fruity flavour with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, tomato leaf, and fig tree. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced and moderately bitter and spicy with and an almond aftertaste.
PAIRING: fish, seafood, salted and smoked preserves, vegetable purées, gazpacho... Ideal for brightening up any dish.
