Cafés El Criollo S.A. is a family business in Zaragoza with more than 100 years of history, in which they have been discovering the secrets of coffee and passing them on from generation to generation.
The project began as a small grocery and colonial shop in the 19th century in Zaragoza, where they sold all kinds of articles and also green, unroasted coffee. In 1910 they decided to register their coffee brand El Criollo, given the success of their first roasted coffees. Nowadays, they offer a high quality coffee for the hotel and catering and specialised food sector.
