DESCRIPCTION:
This Roquefort cream is made with authentic Roquefort PDO and contains only 13.1% fat. Despite its spreadable texture, it retains the character and flavour of the cheese. The texture of this cream is achieved naturally by beating the egg with the other ingredients in the product.
The ingredients used are whole cow's milk, Roquefort sheep's cheese (23%), pasteurised whole white cheese, pasteurised eggs and melting salts.
Serving suggestions: This Roquefort cheese spread goes very well with nuts such as walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts and jams such as raspberry, peach or strawberry. It is also the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of meat, vegetables and fish, as well as for filling puff pastries or pasta.
