From the warm lands of Jumilla, the fruit of the efforts of our winegrowers emerges from the limestone soils.

Year after year, under the watchful eye of the moon, the best bunches of Monastrell, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested at night. Numun Selección combines the fruity character and personality of the Monastrell with the body, structure and complexity provided by the Syrah and Petit Verdot. A very long maceration process takes place, in which the aromas and colour intensities of the grape varieties used are achieved.

Subsequently, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for a period of eight months, and finally stored in the bottle, where all the aromas come together.
