DESCRIPCTION:

Premium extra virgin olive oil from the Picual and Lucio varieties produced in the province of Granada.

Greenish golden colour oil, with a medium ripe fruitiness, a very light bitterness with hints of almond and tomato.

Oil awarded by the PDO Poniente de Granada in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016. It has also won international awards at Terraolivo 2019 and 2017.

Since 1895, the Roldán family has maintained the olive oil industry.

In its early days, it was born as a maquila, moulting the olive that was usually delivered by the reapers of the same family who produced for their own consumption, sale or barter.
