Box of 6 bottles of 500ml of 555 premium extra virgin olive oil. Contains 2 x 500ml bottles of 555 Arbequina, 2 x 500ml bottles of 555 Hojiblanca and 2 x 500ml bottles of 555 Picual.

555 ARBEQUINA

This oil has a green olive aroma with a balanced profile and several sweet notes.
It shows a moderately intense fruity flavour, with green apple, unripe banana, and grassy aromas standing out, and even a mixed fruit medley on the first whiff.

It has a sweet entry on the palate, confirming the sense upon the nose, with a pleasant but intense bitterness and spiciness. With its clean entry, there is a note of fruit medley with a touch of green (apple, banana), green almond, and other less common tones, such as citrus. Very harmonious, elegant, and surprising.

555 HOJIBLANCA

This oil has an intensely fruity flavour with a strong taste of green olives. It is a very complex and extensive oil on the nose. It has a pleasant aroma of olive leaves and green almonds and it reminiscent of young fig trees as a secondary, yet notable aroma. This Hojiblanca has a smooth and clean entry on the palate, a very elegant bitterness and spice, and a certain pleasant persistence on the palate with hints of bitter almond. 

Most characteristic of green Hojiblanca oils is the striking chilli pepper flavour, which attacks upon tasting it.

555 PICUAL

This oil is intensely fruity with a strong green olive flavour. It is a complex oil in the nose with several nuances. It has an intense aroma reminiscent of olive leaves, tomato plant, and a hint of green apple. The entry on the palate lends a smooth and clean olive flavour. It has a pleasant balance of bitterness and spice while giving off a marked aroma of almonds, artichokes, leaves, and, most of all, tomato plants. It has a pleasant persistence and astringency.
