DESCRIPCTION:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Arbequina, obtained with olives in Integrated Production. Selected from our best harvest and vintage. With a degree of acidity lower than 0.2º.

Harvested in mid-November, just when our olives are changing from green to black, passing through pink. 

As a whole, the result is a very balanced and harmonious olive oil with a marked touch of sweetness characteristic of the variety.
