DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil of the Hojiblanca variety, early harvest and cold extraction.

Exttra Hojiblanca comes from olive groves located in the Tabernas Desert, in the province of Almería. It is a premium oil produced from Cornicabra olives harvested at veraison during the month of November and cold pressed less than 2 hours after harvesting.

The nose offers green aromas reminiscent of green olives, freshly cut grass, green almonds and apple. In the mouth it is complex, intense and balanced, with a slight bitterness and a medium intensity spiciness.

Exttra Hojiblanca is joyful and unnatural.
