DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil of the Cornicabra variety, early harvest and cold extraction.

Exttra Cornicabra comes from olive groves located in the foothills of the Montes de Toledo. It is a premium oil produced from organically certified hojiblanca olives, harvested at veraison during the month of November and cold-milled less than 2 hours after harvesting.

Intense green-ripe fruitiness, the nose offers aromas reminiscent of olive leaf, grass, apple and green almond accompanied by balsamic notes. In the mouth it is intense and balanced, with medium values of bitterness and spiciness.
