DESCRIPCTION:

Single case with handle containing a 500 ml. glass bottle of 100% Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in Teba (Malaga).

555 Hojiblanca has an intensely fruity flavour with a strong taste of green olives. It is a very complex and extensive oil on the nose. It has a pleasant aroma of olive leaves and green almonds and it reminiscent of young fig trees as a secondary, yet notable aroma.

This Hojiblanca has a smooth and clean entry on the palate, a very elegant bitterness and spice, and a certain pleasant persistence on the palate with hints of bitter almond. Most characteristic of green Hojiblanca oils is the striking chilli pepper flavour, which attacks upon tasting it.

Recommended uses: Ideal for using raw (toast, salad or dressing any dish that needs it).
