DESCRIPCTION:

The harvest includes three kind of olives: Arbequina, Picual and Royal olives.

They are used only during the first day of the harvest, seeking out maximum freshness and the greatest harmony of the three varieties all in one, to obtain a surprising and unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend from Palacio, Limited Edition. 

Green fruitiness with an encompassing entry in the mouth. Predominant tasting notes reminiscent of tomato, mint, freshly cut grass, green wheat, and secondary notes of apple, green banana, and even kiwi. 

Ideal for vegetable purées, gazpacho, rice, pasta, grilled meat and fish, fatty fish, and carpaccio meats.
