DESCRIPCTION:
It is a set composed of the 4 varieties of Oro Bailen: Picual, Hojiblanca, Frantoio and Arbequina of 500 ML.
Picual: Extra virgin olive oil made from olives of the picual variety. Bright green color, luminous with intense fresh olive fruitiness and great complexity of herbaceous and fruity aromas.
Arbequina: An exceptional Arbequina where the delicacy of the aromas of this variety are mixed with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruity of fresh olives with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed between the fruity notes characteristic of Arbequina.
Frantoio: On the nose, complex fruity aromas of fruit, vegetables and fresh fruits; green apple, kiwi, almond, pine nuts, arugula leaf and cypress, with a toasted touch that adds great delicacy to the whole.
The palate shows the same olfactory progression, sweet at the beginning where the apple and kiwi reappear, with a vegetal and balsamic finish in the middle. Elegant bitterness that does not distort the balance with a mild spicy and almond aftertaste.
Hojiblanca: Medium-high green olive fruitiness with ripe notes of fresh fruit. It highlights at the beginning the vegetable tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana with hints of wild flowers and plants such as fennel, good grass and blackberry.
