Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Arbequina variety smoked with Oak and Beech by artisan smoker. It does not lose any of its fruity qualities being cold-smoked, but it acquires a unique aroma and smoky flavour.

Balanced, with notes of vanilla and coffee that complement the fruity freshness of the Arbequina olives.
