Extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety produced in Jaén.

Intense and high fruitiness of ripe olives. Very complex on the nose, with an intense aroma of ripe olives blending harmoniously with the banana peel. This single variety Picual has a smooth and clean entry on the palate, balanced and very pleasant bitterness and spiciness.

Recommended uses: dressings, for cooking and frying.
