Intensely green and fruity flavour with great complexity and a clean profile; tones of green and fruity herbs with green apple, green banana, artichoke, and almond highlighted in the foreground. Citrus tones reminiscent of lemon leaf appear as secondary aromas.
Its flavour is very elegant and complex with a clean and pleasant entry on the palate, reminding us of the aromas we sensed, but the astringency of artichoke and ergot stand out above all.
Very light in bitterness with a spicy chilli flavour typical of varieties like Hojiblanca, which grants it a lasting character.

Complex, exuberant, and surprising.
