DESCRIPCTION:

Premium extra virgin olive oil of the Arbosana variety produced in Jaén.

Oil with a green olive aroma, with a balanced profile and great complexity. It has a medium fruity intensity, with aromas such as green apple, green banana or grass and even aromatic herbs that stand out as soon as we approach the oil.

On the palate it has a sweet entry, confirming what we tasted on the nose, with a pleasant but very slight bitterness and spiciness. On the clean entry we find fruit mush with a touch of green, alloza and other less usual notes such as citrus tones. It is very harmonious, elegant and surprising.

Recommended uses: Avocado, salads with mango or pomegranate, chocolates, yoghurt and ice cream.
