Intense fruitiness and lots of green olive flavour. Very complex scent with an intense aroma of olive leaf, tomato plant, artichoke, and a touch of green apple as a secondary aroma.
This Picual monovarietal has a smooth and clean entry on the palate; it has a balanced and very pleasant bitterness and spiciness with a complex bouquet of almond, artichoke, leaves, and above all, tomato plant.

Pleasant persistence and astringency.

Recommended uses: green salads, tomato, red meat, and salted meat.
