Picual variety extra virgin olive oil from the first half of November. It is a fruity, slightly spicy, and moderately bitter oil.

Aroma: notes of apple, almond, banana, and cinnamon are mixed with green sensations of leaves and peppermint.

Flavour: sweet, almond, slightly bitter and spicy, resulting in a very harmonious whole with a great variety of nuances.
