This is an early-harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil that contains mainly the Arbequina variety, which is fruitier and sweeter on the palate, as well as a small amount of oil from the Picual variety, which gives it stability thanks to its high polyphenol content and high percentage of oleic acid.

This EVOO is suitable for all ages.

It is made within a maximum of 4 hours of harvesting. From 8 to 10 kg of olives to obtain 1L of oil.
