With a fruity sensory profile, it has notes of green and ripe, fresh, with hints of banana, olive and tomato. On the palate, it is initially sweet, with a slight bitterness and a delicate, more pronounced, late-ripening ardour. Its acidity is less than or equal to 0.2%, attesting to its quality and purity, guaranteeing an exceptional culinary experience.
