Organic olive oil made from the Picual olive variety.

Limited edition with only 3,000 units.

An oil of an exceptional quality of organic green olives selected and picked by hand in October. They are then placed in boxes so as not to suffer possible damage from treading, contact with the ground, or anything that may alter the quality, from the tree itself up until the time it’s crushed. It's crushed within 2 hours of harvest.

Also CAAE certified a Pesticide and Herbicide Free Product.
