The Manzanilla and Manzanilla Cacereña olives are mainly grown in the provinces of Seville, Huelva, Cáceres and Badajoz. The manzanilla variety of Sevilla is commonly used for eating olives. Manzanilla cacereña olive oil is highly-valued for its sweet fruitiness, with flavours that hint of green apples, fruit salads, fresh grass and bananas. They are hardly any bitter variants and it has a medium spicyness.
