This royal variety is native of the natural park "Sierra de Cazorla" which makes it excels in an exclusive product.

 

An organic oil of exceptional quality and is green choose organic olives and hand-picked in October in boxes so as not to suffer tread damage and possible contact with the ground and anything likely to affect the quality from the same tree until it is ground arise. These are milled within 2 hours. The system is totally cold grinding at ambient temperature as is the olive tree. And with a clean and sanitary system as careful as possible in our factory to avoid any quality alterations. With all this a superpremiun oil unimpeachable quality is achieved, some flavors and fresh fruit, freshly cut grass, tomato and a radiant organoleptic assessment.
