- VARIETY ROYAL : The ROYAL variety is native of the natural park "Sierra de Cazorla" which makes this a very unique product.
- TASTING : Aromas of fresh fruit, freshly cut grass, tomato and a perfect organoleptic result.
- PROCESS : Extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality as it is made from green olives collected in late October and November, by hand, in boxes, so as not to suffer the possible damage and tread when they are in contact with the ground or anything that can alter the quality. It is milled within 2 hours of collection. The grinding system is completely cold, at room temperature, it comes under the olive tree and a cleaning system and preventing alterations extremely careful hygiene quality.
