This virgin olive oil from Jaén (Jaén) is a picual variety.
Recomended uses: Gazpacho andaluz, salmorejo, tostada of bread with oil, migas, tortilla of potatoes, pate of perdiz, fried onions and coliflour, tuna, with peepered-cream, in the oven, lentils, asparagus fried, cooked mushrooms, fries with mayonaise and spicy sauce, bread with oil, accompanied by habs and fish, and salted fish.
