DESCRIPCTION:

Premium extra virgin olive oil from Manacor (Balearic Islands) of the Arbequina variety protected by the Designation of Origin Oli de Mallorca.

Extra virgin olive oil with a greenish-yellow colour. It is very fruity and aromatic, reminiscent of fresh grass, tomato, green almond, wild flowers and fruits such as green banana or apple.

The first sensation on the palate is silky and fresh. There is a very slight spiciness that enlivens the whole and there are no bitter notes that stand out; the sweetness is the protagonist.
