DESCRIPCTION:

This organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Priego de Córdoba (Córdoba) is a single varietal of the Hojiblanca variety.

Medium/high fruity, it presents green and ripe features. This leads to a perfect harmony of all the nuances. In the mouth it gives us a sweet touch at the beginning, reminiscent of green almonds, followed by a wonderful touch of bitterness and spiciness with a medium-high intensity. 

Pairings: Ideal for all kinds of salads, meats, oily fish and toast.
