This extra virgin olive oil from Carcabuey (Córdoba) comes from the Hoijblanca and Picuda varieties.

Olive oil of golden-yellow colour a a fresh-fruity aroma. Bitter flavour and noticeable bitterness with a very high intensity.

Pairings: Recommended for raw use on toast, toast, salads, carpaccio, pasta, meat, oily fish and gourmet dishes.
