Arbequina Auténtica Extra virgin olive oil

From the Arbequina variety, this organic oil made from fruity green olives comes with a range of fruit flavours: apple, banana and almond. Its aroma is slightly tinged with subtle ripe tones on the palate. The bitter and spicy balance impresses with its delicacy thanks to the almond. 

Suggested accompaniments: Mahonesas, Aioli, Vinaigrettes, Marinated salmon, Carpaccios, Gazpazchos and Salmorejos.

Very suitable for eating raw or as a confectionery for pie shells.
