Built in 2010 and equipped with the most modern technology, it is the first organic oil mill in Castilla y León. It is committed to a very high quality of olive oil. It has also set very high standards when harvesting the fruit, convinced of a bet that wants to move away from the atrophied oil that was once produced in the area.
