Oil guaranteed by the Denominación de Origen Protegida Aceite del Empordà elaborated with olives of the varieties argudell, corivell, verdial (Ley de Cadaqués) y arbequina,seperately or joined, and with a maximum of 20% of other varieties of the zone.

The oils are cleaned, transparent, very pleasant on the palate, delicious and aromatic; they are lightly astringent with a balanced bitterness and spiciness. Of high intensity and a complex and noteable aroma.

The zones of production, elaboration and packaing of the Denomination of Origin Protegida Aceite del Empord&agrave are found in the zones of Alt Empordà the Baix Empordà, the Pla de l´ Estany and Gironès.
