Olive Oil of medium intensity with a perfect balance between sweetness, spiciness and bitterness, favouring its exclusively residual consistency. Rich in secondary aromas with a large numbe rof purely green touches (olive leaves, artichoke, green nut, ripe almond, touches of hinojo, vegetable and apple) all very ripe (banana and red fruits) The final sensaton is very almondy and a beautiful harmony.

This virgin olive oil from Priorat (Tarragona, España) is a monovareital from the arbequina variety.

Its tastign notes includemedium intensity, amedium bitterness and a medium spiciness.

There is nothing tiring about this oil, and can be used cooked or raw with its touches of aromas only appearing in the final aftertaste and don´t interfere with the over all effect of the food.
